A：Fresh Graduates in the recruitment of 2023 global campus recruitment are defined as graduates who have obtained overseas university graduation certificates from September 2022 to August 2023. Some of our positions can be delivered by previous graduates, and the specific conditions are subject to the interview notice.

A：Each person can only apply for one position every 30 days, if you want to submit more than one position, you can fill in the second and third intention position in the online application form, please consider carefully before making a choice.
A：In order to ensure that you can receive the interview notice, we suggest you to make sure your cell phone number and email address are correct when you apply online. We also suggest you to check your spam folder as some overseas email addresses/mobile phone numbers are not receiving emails/sms or emails are incorrectly put into the spam folder. If you still can't receive the notification email, please go to the last QA "Q: How to get help?" in "More Information and Others". You can find the HR contact email address and tell us your name, phone number and contact information by email.
A：No need to be assessment again.
A：It does not affect the fall recruitment. Candidates who do not pass the recruitment of advance, will automatically enter the resume screening phase for fall recruitment, so you do not need to resubmit your resume.
A：The recruitment assessment for overseas students is valid for seven days. Please complete it within the validity period. If you do not receive the test invitation or the test is invalid, please send us your name, telephone number and contact details via email to HR. You can find the HR contact from the last QA in the "More Information" section "Q: How to get help?". Please be aware that the assessment will affect the result of the application, so be sure to answer the questions carefully within the specified time.
A：We will provide you with resume screening/interview feedback at each stage of the recruitment process. Don't worry if you receive an email notification that you are not accepted. We will make a second recommendation based on other positions you are interested. At the same time, your resume will enter our talent pool system, and we will contact you again if there are other related opportunities.
A：After the resume is submitted and selected by the business department, you will get the interview invitation within 1-2 weeks.
A：We will preferentially recommend the position of the first choice. If the resume does not pass the screening of the first choice, your resume will be recommended to the second choice, third choice, or similar position of the first choice. After passing the screening, you will receive the interview notification by email. If you do not want to attend the interview, you can reply to refuse.
A：According to the current situation of the epidemic and the requirements of epidemic prevention policies, to ensure the safety of students, the campus recruitment will be based on remote video interviews. Currently, the recruitment process of overseas students can be carried out on the whole line. All interview notices will be sent by SMS and email, please note that check.
A：HR suggests that you attend the interview in a quiet and well-lit environment
Camera: The camera must be turned on throughout the video interview. Please prepare a computer with the camera function in advance.
Earphones: To ensure the sound quality during communication, please check your earphones in advance.
Computer and network requirements: We recommend you close other applications and keep the signal steady during the interview.
A：The internal recommendation channel has been opened!?Students who send resumes through internal promotion channels will be given priority for interview under the same conditions.
A：You can find seniors who have joined BOE for internal recruitment. The operation procedure can be found in “Campus Recruitment - internal recommendation” on our official WeChat account “BOE招聘”. A large number of internal promotion codes will be released during the live broadcast.
A：Every year, we choose to hold online or offline information sessionss in some target universities, or participate in the job fair, but we cannot cover all universities. Overseas students can follow the WeChat public account "BOE招聘" or log on to the official website of "BOE Overseas Recruitment" http://career.boe.com/global to follow our activities.
A：The entry documents of BOE include the English score certificate. If you do not have the domestic CET-4 and CET-6 test certificate, you can use TOEFL, IELTS or other official transcripts in local languages.
A：After receiving the offer from BOE, overseas students graduating in winter can sign a labor contract for formal employment once you have obtained the graduation certificate and the Ministry of Education's degree certificate for studying abroad. You can also come to the internship in advance, and the internship period can be offset by the probationary period.
A：All positions in "Campus Recruitment" are open to fresh graduates (including overseas students), and the positions in "Overseas Campus Recruitment" are more inclined to accept the resumes of overseas students. Resumes can be submitted in both channels, and we will process them as soon as possible.
